A Short Reminder of Life’s Tests

You’ll always be tested before you can ascend to a new level of becoming. Otherwise, you’ll have to repeat the lesson, and it’s usually louder and more painful as it seeks to get our attention.

Make no mistake: the lesson is FOR you, not against you. Most times, the only holdback is us against ourselves.

As much as we can, let’s stop learning these major lessons the hard way. We already know, whether we want to admit it or not, what it’s going to take for us to level up.

If 2020 has taught me anything, it’s that the grace period for spinning top in mud is over, and the price of hiding or denying our individual gifts, our magic, is far too high.

The world needs you more than you need to cuddle with your fears, insecurities, inferiority, excuses, laziness, jealousy, and whatever else triggers your self-destruct mode.

The role you’ve been placed on this planet to fulfill needs to come forth so that it will inspire, or even provoke, others to do the same.

What are your uncompromising convictions and deeply rooted principles? What are the dreams you’re afraid to speak out loud because of the audacity you possess even to have them? What’s worth the life you’ve been given?
